Yes, its as easy and delicious as it sounds. This is one of my favorite dinners and it’s hubby approved.
You will need:
- Boneless skinless chicken thighs (I used 2 packages for two people)
- Minced garlic
- 1 shallot
- Fresh Sage leaves
- Fresh Thyme
- Fresh Rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
Put on a baking sheet in the oven at 425 degrees for 35 minutes. I paired mine with roasted Brussel sprouts and Butternut squash.
